The Good, the Bad & the Ugly Weight Watchers Points

Mr. Wolf gets 33 daily points, plus 35 weekly points that can be used anytime and exercise points that can be added to weekly points. An hour of moderate excise will get you 3-5 points a day.  Here are some random point totals:

The Good:
The vast majority of raw or cooked veggies ( 1 cup) = ZERO points
Diet Soda = ZERO
I bottle of Miller MDG 64 = 1
8 oz of Gatorade G2 = 1
3 egg whites or 1/4 cup egg beaters = 1
Smart Pop 98% mini bag = 1
Sugar Free Jello pudding with 2 tbl spoons of Ready Whip = 1
Apple or 1 cup of strawberries, blueberries & other fruit = 1
Wendy's Small Chili = 4
Medium Baked Potato = 5 points
Tons of Smart Ones & Lean Cuisine Frozen Dinners = 4-7
McDonalds Hamburger = 5
McDonalds Small Fries = 5.5
McDonalds Chicken Snack Wrap = 6
McDonalds Egg McMuffin = 7
Arby's Regular Roast Beef + Arby Sauce = 7.5
Chic Fil A sandwich, wheat bun = 8
McDonalds Filet of Fish = 9.5
Wendy's Single with everything = 9.5

The Bad
What-a-catch (Whataburger) = 11 points
Big Mac = 13
Quarter Pounder with Cheese = 13.5
Whataburger = 15
Whopper with Cheese = 19

The Ugly
Jack in the Box Bacon Ultimate Cheese Burger = 28 points
Zaxbe's Regular Chicken Finger Plate = 28
Zaxbe's Wings and Things Plate = 30
Large Milk Shake = 30
Zaxbe's Large Chicken Finger Plate = 43.5
Outback Bloomin Onion = 57.5
Outback Aussie Cheese Fries = 73.5

I spent all of day one at home and used my 33 daily points with no exercise.  I was able to eat and snack to my satisfaction.  I also complied with all the minimum recommended food groups for the day.  I would say that Day 1 was a success.
